Charles E. Cramer
Chairman of the Board
Charles Cramer has over 40 years of independent adjusting experience. Cramer gained his expertise and diversity with a major independent adjusting firm, where he handled virtually every kind of appraisal, investigation or adjustment for insurance companies around the world. He advanced rapidly through the management ranks. He directed the firm's expansion from two adjusters in 1981 to a nationally recognized independent adjusting and third party administration firm of over 170 professionals. Cramer is an associate member of NAPSLO, AAMGA, LEA and PLRB. A native of Ohio, Cramer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, and attends practical and accelerated business and insurance courses. He and his wife have two sons’ who are married, five grandchildren, and live in Longwood, Florida.

Gary W. Scott
Chief Executive Officer
Gary Scott has overseen the day-to-day operations of Branch and TPA operations of CJW since 1992. He brings over 40 years of independent adjusting experience to the firm. He began his career with the same national adjusting company as the partners of CJW and, upon his departure from that company in 1982, was Regional Manager of one of their largest regions. Prior to joining CJW, he was Vice President of operations of another national adjusting company. Scott is an associate member of NAPSLO, AAMGA, LEA and PLRB. He is a Tennessee native and has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He and his wife live in Longwood, Florida.

Thomas Simoncic
President
Thomas Simoncic joined CJW in 2007. As President, he is charged with growing the business and expanding CJW's areas of distribution. He began his career in 1988 as a multi-line adjuster working for a major independent, spending much of his early career in the Midwest. Over the course of time, he held various management positions of increasing responsibility and territory. He then moved to another independent adjusting firm, where his last title was Division President of a Large and Complex Property GA Practice and Executive Vice President for Strategic Marketing & Business Development. Simoncic is associated with LEA, PLRB and NAPSLO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Central Michigan University. He has two children and lives in Orlando, Florida.

Robin Pasternak
Chief Financial Officer
Robin Pasternak is the Chief Financial Officer of CJW. She joined CJW in1984. Prior to joining CJW, she was the comptroller of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Ormond Beach, Florida. Robin was born and raised in Maine and graduated from Husson College in Bangor with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduation, she joined the Air Force and went to officer training school where she became a Budget Officer. During her four years in the Air Force, she received a Masters Degree in Business Administration and passed the exam to become a CPA. She has managed CJW accounting department for 23 years and personally oversees the preparation and reconciliation of all the TPA bordereau each month. In addition, she handles all of the financial information for the company. She has one son and lives in Orlando, Florida.

Jack D. Woodley
Executive Vice President
Prior to joining CJW, Jack Woodley was a manager in Orlando with a major independent adjusting company. His career began in 1970, following his tour of duty as a Captain in the United States Air Force. His association with the firm from the very beginning has greatly benefited its growth. Woodley is well known for his ability to handle major complicated property losses. Woodley functions as an Executive General Adjuster and in addition manages CJW General Adjuster’s and oversees major property losses. He is a past President of the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention and of the Orlando Claims Association. He is a member of the Leading International Property Adjusters, and an associate member of NAPSLO, AAMGA, LEA, and PLRB. Woodley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from North Dakota State University. He has two married children and lives in Eustis, Florida.
